To keep your pieces looking their best, remove them before showering and being active. Allow lotions and perfumes to dry before wearing. Clean your jewellery at home regularly using a soft toothbrush, warm water, and a few drops of mild washing-up liquid, or shine up with a polishing cloth. When not in use, keep jewellery in a soft pouch or compartment to prevent scratching and tangling.

We understand that our ready-to-wear collections feature set sizes that may not perfectly fit everyone. As of now, we currently only offer a resizing service for our Duality Rings, for a fee of 245 HKD / 40 SGD. Simply select the resizing option on the product page and input your desired size before adding the piece to your basket.

Yes, we provide full repair and maintenance services, whether it be our own pieces or any existing jewellery of yours. Whether you need a professional polish, a prong check, or a chain repair, please reach out via Whatsapp or email for an assessment and quote.

We proudly use genuine diamonds in all of our jewellery, offering both natural and lab-grown. While our pieces may not automatically come with a certificate, we are more than happy to apply for certification upon request. In-stock ready-to-wear items are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.

• Local Hong Kong orders are delivered via Hong Kong Post Office and should be with you within 5-7 business days.

Our custom process is highly collaborative. It begins with an initial consultation to discuss your vision, budget, and materials. From there, we provide 3D CAD renderings for your approval. Once the design is finalised, each piece is designed, made and set by our professional artisans from start to finish.

When your custom-made piece of jewellery is ready and the balance has been paid, the commission is complete and delivery will be arranged accordingly.

Absolutely. We love breathing new life into heirloom pieces. We can reset your existing diamonds and gemstones into a new design, and in many cases, we can refine and reuse your old gold.

We allow revisions during the sketch and 3D rendering phases to ensure the design is exactly what you want. However, once you approve the final design and production begins, we are unable to accommodate structural changes.
